Smoking and Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.

Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence and must cover the costs of repairing or replacing damaged property.
The owner is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the owner’s control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, or similar situations, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation or modify the terms of stay.

Guests’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of managing reservations, registering guests with the relevant authorities, and fulfilling legal obligations in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
